Cooking Directions

  • Pulse garlic, ginger, and serrano in a food processor. Now scrape down the sides of pulses once again. Add onion along with pulse finely chopped but dry, not at all watery. 
  • Over medium to high heat flame, heat vegetable oil in a very large saucepan.
