That’s why we bring you 5 easy healthy freezer meals that you can prepare in minimum time, store it in the freezer, take it out and warm it in the microwave for a few minutes and dig in deliciousness. These freezer meals are not only healthy and easy to make but also tasty and filling.

Cheesy Lasagna

500 grams ground beef

2 large eggs, beaten

500 grams of pasta shells, boiled

4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

3 cups of cottage cheese

⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese

1 jar pasta sauce

¼ cup chopped onion

½ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper


Cook beef and onion on medium heat, break meat into crumbles, add salt and pepper, set aside. Take a large bowl and combine the pasta, mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper. Now grease a 13×9 inch baking dish and transfer the mixture into it, top with cooked beef and pasta sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, sprinkle remaining cheese, bake for another 10 minutes. Wait for some more minutes before serving, transfer to a covered casserole

Shepherd’s Pie

500 grams ground beef

3 ½ cup mashed potatoes

1 cup chopped onion

2 cups corn

2 cups peas

½ cup sour cream

2 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp cornstarch

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

4 cloves of garlic minced

1 tsp beef bouillon granules

¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese


Cook beef and onion on medium heat until meat is no longer pink, drain, add the corn, peas, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic, cover, and cook for 5 minutes. Combine the cornstarch and bouillon with ½ cup water, add into beef, boil over medium heat, cook and stir until thickened, cook for 2 more minutes, then add sour cream and cook for a few more minutes. Spread mashed potatoes on top of beef, sprinkle cheese, cover and cook until cheese is melted. Don’t add sour cream while freezing, skip the step, add sour cream while eating.

Instant Pot Cauliflower Curry


½ cup diced onion

1 cup diced tomatoes

2 cups cauliflower, cut into florets

2 cups squash, cut into cubes

½ cup red lentils

3 cloves of garlic, minced

2 tbsp red curry paste

1 can coconut milk

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp salt


Put all the ingredients in a pressure cooker, cook on high flame for 5 minutes, immediately release the pressure after 5 minutes, and uncover the pressure cooker. Place the uncovered pressure cooker on low flame and stir, add salt for taste. Cook for 5 min on low flame and let it cool down, store it in a container for the freezer.


Cheesy Lasagna and Shepherd’s pie are two nonvegetarian options here while the cauliflower curry is totally vegan. For storing in the freezer, keep in an airtight container, take out from the freezer 30 minutes before eating, put them in the microwave, and warm accordingly.
