  • Tart cherry juice – 1 cup, unsweetened and chilled

  • Avocado – 1, ripe and peeled
  • Greek yogurt – ¾ cup, less-fat variety
  • Chia seeds – 2 tsp
  • Mixed berries – 2 cups, unsweetened

Directions

In a blender, add the baby spinach, tart cherry juice, avocado, Greek yogurt and 1 cup of berries. Blend them till you get a smooth concoction. Pour into the serving glasses and add the remaining berries along with chia seeds on the top.

  • Honey – 4 tbsp
  • Banana -1, peeled and chopped
  • Strawberries – 10, cleaned and hulled
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Lemon zest – ¼ tsp
  • Ice cubes – as required

Directions

  • First, add the mango pieces along with lime juice and lime zest in the blender. Add two ice cubes, half of the yogurt and half of the honey. Blend them till you get a smooth mixture. Pour this concoction into 2 glasses and keep them aside.
  • Now wash the blender very well. Add the chopped banana along with strawberries, lemon juice, and lemon zest, remaining yogurt and honey in the blender and let them blend till the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour this banana mixture on the top of mango smoothie into two glasses.
  • Take a spoon and very slowly and softly spoon the 2 smoothies into each glass along the edge. This way, a clear horizontal line will be created between the 2 smoothies into each glass.

Take a blender and add the ice cubes, orange juice, segmented orange, chopped mango, Greek yogurt as well as vanilla extract. Blend them till you get a smooth concoction. When done, pour in the serving glasses and have a sip and taste the bliss. If you do not like, you can stay away from adding ice cubes. In that case, you have to add a little water. Or if you want a thick smoothie, do not add water.
