Sandwiches, as well as wraps, are really tasty to eat, do not take up much time, do not create a mess and can fill your stomach during the lunch hours. So, why not carry some along with yourself? It is also easy to make sandwiches and wraps in the morning. You can prepare the filling and arrange the condiments before hand and store it in the freezer. All you need to do in the morning hours is place the filling between the breads and you are done! Sandwiches can be eaten cold but wraps taste better when heated. I am sure, you can take out at least two minutes to walk up to the microwave and heat it.
Salads are again a tasty, fulfilling and healthy thing to have during lunch. Many people might not like the taste of it but your salad does not necessarily have to taste bland, you know? You can customise your salad with fruits or vegetables of your choice for a start. Some lemon juice, pepper and some sweet sauce can also help improve the taste of your salad thus making it easy for you to gulp it down. Yes, we know, at the end of the day, it might not be as tasty as a burger, but once you are used to it, it will be.
Well, technically this is also a salad, just with a lot more spices. You can cook the rice and the side dish and pack it in a bowl for your lunch the next day. All you need to do is re-heat the bowl and your lunch will be ready. Carry a spoon or a fork so that you don’t dirty your hands and much on it while being busy at your work. Simple.
