  • Three cups of shredded red cabbage

  • One tbsp. of garlic-infused olive oil
  • ¾ cup of radishes
  • 1/8 tsp. if salt
  • ¼ tsp. of sugar
  • ¼ cup of cilantro
  • Two tbsp. of ancho chile
  • Two tsp. of cumin seeds
  • One and ¼ tsp. of paprika
  • ¼ cup of mayonnaise 
  • Three tbsp. of water or milk
  • Six inched uncooked corn tortillas
  • One ¼ pound of white fish, skinless and boneless

Step 1: Make The Mexican Slaw

Initially, take a bowl and mix cabbage, scallions, radishes pieces well. Then again, add lime juice, salt, oil, sugar, and cilantro. After mixing, keep this bowl aside and let the Mexican slaw marinate for at least 15 minutes. Never forget to stir it at every five minutes interval.

Step 2: Now Make The Fish Taco Sauce

In this step, you need to take a bowl. Mix chile powder, cumin seeds, and paprika. Then again add lime juice, salt, and olive oil. Mix it well to form a spice flavor. Then again, take one teaspoon of this spice paste to a small bowl to make a mayo sauce. Now, add mayo paste to the spice paste small bowl. Make sure to stir until it becomes a smooth texture.
