Pasta With Fresh Vegetables

When we cook the pasta, sauté the vegetables we have in the fridge with garlic and oil, such as zucchini, peppers, fresh tomatoes and carrots. We cut it all quite thinly, cook it quicker, and apply the sliced bacon if we have it. Finally, add the cooked pasta to the sauce and bind it with a little water from the pasta.

Chicken, Ginger And Lemon

Cut the chicken into small pieces with kitchen scissors, toss it with a mix of minced garlic and ginger and a little oil, add the juice of a lemon, salt and pepper and finish cooking.

Boil the cauliflower, cut small, in the pasta water. Remove it with a ladle, blend it with salt, cream, grated pecorino and pepper. We toss the pasta in this sauce after draining it, adding a little cooking water if necessary.
