For example, if you are having leftovers, you could make a stew out of it. Or you could add some broccoli to the meat to make a meat and potatoes meal.

For the main course for this meal, I opted for a fish dinner. Although I usually avoid eating fish on weekdays, this was one of the days that I had enough. I chose steamed white fish with vegetables as a side dish. It was very tasty and easy to prepare, which is why I usually have it served to me when I come home from work.
The trick is to know what is healthy for you and how much of it you should include in your daily diet. If you eat lots of red meat and fat, then that’s not a good idea. On the other hand, if you have plenty of vegetables, cooked meats and dairy, then this is probably the meal for you.
